Sourdough bread is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast. This freshly made sourdough bread is made daily. It can stay fresh for up to 7 days. 

We offer same-day delivery for all orders made before 4 pm between Monday and Friday. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Monday. We are only shipping within Montréal at this time.
